Greetings!

My name is Kalina, however I go by the pseudonym Svraken. I am 25 years old, based in Bulgaria and I'm currently on a journey towards becoming a full time freelance illustrator/artist. I mostly dabble in themes of fantasy, whimsy, myth and fairy tales with a little drizzle of darkness.
I would be glad to help any of your ideas take a solid form!Past:
~ BA in Book Print and Illustration (National Academy of Arts, Bulgaria)
~ 2 years of experience in the movie industry as a 2D Compositor (VFX) at Nu Boyana Film Studios
Worked on titles such as Hellboy, Expendables, Red Sonja and more

! Terms of Service and Prices are subject to change at anytime. You are only subject to the ToS and prices agreed upon at the time of the transaction.
I reserve the right to reject any requests I am not comfortable with.
All artwork is transferred digitally.
Refunds are NOT available currently.1. Ownership and Rights:
1.1 All artwork provided by Svraken (the "Artist") is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Artist retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the artwork, including but not limited to copyright and moral rights, unless explicitly transferred in writing.1.2 The commissioned artwork is for personal use by the client only, and this agreement does not transfer any ownership or commercial rights to the client unless explicitly stated otherwise in written form and compensated accordingly.1.3 Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to use the commissioned artwork for personal purposes. This allows the client to displaying the artwork privately, share it on social media (with proper credit), or use it as a profile picture, banner, or similar non-commercial applications, as well as print it for personal enjoyment - display at their1.4 If the client wishes to use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, redistribution, or use in a product, merchandise, or branding, advertising, an additional licensing fee must be agreed upon and paid in full prior to such use.
The commercial rights to the artwork are not included in the base price of the commission.1.5 Even when additional fees are paid for commercial use or full ownership, I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio, website, or social media platforms unless agreed otherwise. The client agrees to provide proper credit to me, Svraken, as the creator of the artwork when sharing or using it publicly, unless otherwise specified in the agreement.! The following uses of the artwork are strictly prohibited:**
a. The artwork, in whole or in part, may not be uploaded to, used in, or processed by any artificial intelligence (AI) engines, machine learning algorithms, or any similar technology without explicit, written consent from the Artist. This includes, but is not limited to, training datasets, generative models, or any AI systems designed to analyze or manipulate images.
b. The artwork, in whole or in part, altered or nor, may not be uploaded to, used as an NFT on any platform, shape or form.
c. Any unauthorized use of the artwork in AI engines will be considered a violation of the Artist's intellectual property rights and will be subject to legal action.
d. Clients may not alter, modify, or create derivative works based on the artwork without prior written permission from the Artist. This includes editing the artwork, adding to it, or using it as a basis for new designs.
e.Any use of the artwork for commercial purposes, including but not limited to resale, redistribution, or use in products or marketing materials, is prohibited unless an additional licensing fee is paid and agreed upon.
f.Public Display Without Credit: Clients must not publicly display the artwork without providing proper credit to the Artist, Svraken, as specified in the agreement.
g.Unauthorized Distribution: The artwork may not be distributed, shared, or sold to third parties without prior written consent from the Artist.
h.Inappropriate Use: The artwork may not be used in any context that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate as determined by the Artist.Termination of License: Any violation of these Terms of Service will result in the immediate termination of the license to use the artwork. This means the client will lose all rights to use, display, or distribute the artwork. The client agrees to remove the artwork from any platforms or materials and provide proof of such removal upon request from the Artist. Continued use of the artwork after termination may lead to legal action for copyright infringement. No refunds will be issued for any fees paid in connection with the commissioned artwork in the event of termination.Governing Law
This agreement and any disputes arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.Acceptance
By using the artwork or engaging in a transaction involving the artwork, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Included Revisions

* Any mounts or large creatures (be it real or mythical/fantastical) have to be discussed further before I can give you a definite quote.

Background
Abstract Flat Decorative Shapes	30 % of base price
Fully Shaded Colored Illustration (interior/exterior)	80 % of base price

Additional Complex Props
(weapons, odd objects, intricate textile patterns or armor designs/etchings)
Roughly 15-80 € depending on scale and complexity. Will have to be further discussed with client.

Bonus Revision Fees
+1 Thumbnail - 10 €
+1 Sketch phase Revision - 20 €
depending on the complexity, big revisions like entire changes to pose and composition will cost	30-50 €
+1 Rendering phase Revision -	30 €

! Revisions of entire large sections of the piece at later stages of the painting could cost up to extra +60% of the original piece's sum
(the sum is calculated including additions such as pet, background, frame. etc.)

1. GENERAL TERMS
• I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason.
• The price list is used as a guide and is not considered as formal quotation.
• Deadline will be discussed by the Client and the Artist. Should any issue or delay occur on my side, you will be immediately notified.
• My process includes:
- 3 rough sketchy composition ideas;
- roughly colored clearer sketch;
- I'll update you during the process - you'll get progress shots of the artwork
- finished art!
Revisions:
~ 2 free revisions during the sketch phase
~ 2 free revisions of flat colors
~ 1 small (non-major) free revision/adjustment during the rendering stage
Anything extra is subject to fees described on my Price List.
• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a web-friendly size. Please credit me if you post the work online!
• Rush fee is +50%-150%, subject to availability.

2. COPYRIGHT
• I, Svraken, in my capacity as an author of the work am the only one holder of copyright.
• I reserve the right to include the work in my portfolio and social media.
• Please let me know in advance if you:
- want a private commission.
- want me to wait for you to post/release the work first.
• Commissions are for personal use unless discussed beforehand.You can post the artwork online, print out and hang it up in your room, or gift to a loved one. You cannot alter, modify, distribute or use it for commercial nor advertising purposes unless agreed otherwise.
• For commercial work, a license fee up to +150% of the quote will be attached, depending on the usage (book covers, interior illustrations, dust jackets, marketing, art prints, merchandise, etc.)
An exclusive or non-exclusive commercial license is given for commercial use.3. CANCELLATION AND REFUND
In case of cancellation:
• before starting date, you will receive a full refund.
• before 50% of the work is finished, I keep 50% of the full quote;
• after 50% or more of the work is finished, no refund is possible.
- the commercial fee, if there is, will be deducted from the quote.
• If I cancel the commission, you will receive a total refund.
• In case of cancellation, you will not receive the artwork, regardless of completion. You have no rights to use any images, sketches or completed, of the Artist.4. PAYMENT
• The currencies accepted are EUR (default) and USD.
• Payment can be made via:
- PayPal;
- Revolut;
• I require either (1) 100% of the price upfrond or (2) 50% of the price upfront and 50% before the final high resolution files are sent;If you have any questions, feel free to ask me!
